Rental history reflecting property damages, not paid for, may result in denial. Rental history reflecting past, disturbance of the peace, complaints may result in denial. Rental history reflecting pet violations may result in denial. Income; Credit Guidelines: Monthly income must equal approximately two and a half (2.5) times monthly rent. If the monthly income does not equal approximately two and a half times the monthly rent a qualified co-signer may be required.
